General Manager - Metal treatments Successful and expanding metal treatments, NDT and and wet chemical cleaning and coating business have this excellent opportunity for a strong people manager. You will have a solid understanding of metal chemical cleaning, coating and spraying processes. The majority of the work is focused on aerospace parts, so an understanding of the associated paperwork processes is essential. You will manage, motivate and organise staff, driving continuous improvements and ensuring the efficient flow of work through the factory.
