HRGO have an exciting new opportunity for a confident and highly motivated Production Operative with Forklift based out of a block plant factory in Medway,

This will start as a temporary role but will become permanent after successful probation period.

The company are long established and are continuing to grow as a business offering great long term prospects.

As a production operative you will be part of a team responsible for daily production operations. Your daily tasks will include quality control processes, loading and unloading stacking areas with finished goods, and all other aspects of day to day production including plant and housekeeping inspections are completed as required.

Role -

• Ability to work flexibly on a varying day and night shift pattern which is 4 on 4 off 12 hours 6am - 6pm and 6pm - 6am

• We are looking for a highly motivated General Operative with a requirement for drive and enthusiasm and is able to work as part of a small team.

• A strong understanding of and commitment to health and safety.

• Excellent communication and team working skills.

• Willing to embrace and learn new skills

• Good organisational skills.

• Able to work on your own initiative.

• Physically fit and capable of manual labour, including lifting and carrying up to 20kgs for short distances.
