FM Administrator Assistant
Our client are looking for looking for a temporary admin assistant with a minimum of 2 years admin experience to help progress the necessary changes to Hard FM.
The Role
As a Maintenance Administrator you will be responsible for all aspects of admin within Hard FM services
Duties include:
Maintain and update sub-contractor folders, both hard copy and electronically
Maintain and updating compliance records
Arranging sub-contract review meetings
Arranging sub-contractor schedule visits
Ordering supplies
General administration duties, including document creation, printing, filing and scanning.
Assist other departments with ad-hoc duties, as and when required
Key Skills
Previous experience in an admin role or similar (experience in a maintenance environment would be an advantage)
Team player
Understanding of word and excel
Work well under pressure, with a 'can do' approach
Driven, motivated and passionate
Excellent organisation and communication skills
Duration and start date
