I am working with a fabulous family business looking to recruit a finance manager
WE are looking for someone who is qualified, part qualified or wants to work towards AAT, CIMA or ACCA
It's a small company with massive growth potential.
The role is for an enthusiastic team player for a fast paced finance department, accuracy and attention to detail is essential.
Duties to include; processing Accounts Payable invoices, paying suppliers, including Foreign Currency accounts, helping with credit control and Sales ledger account reconciliation.
Experience in a finance environment is essential as is working within a close team. The working hours for the role are 8-5 but very flexible on this- Monday to Friday.
They are market leaders in our field and therefore need applicants to be able to demonstrate the appropriate skills and ability to succeed within a successful business environment.
DUTIES
Maintaining all Financial Records and preparing monthly Management Accounts.
Preparation of Budgets for Board review.
Control of costs and ensuring Purchase invoices are authorised and correctly coded on the system.
Preparing monthly controls and payment runs for Finance Director to review and sign off.
Regular Accounts Payable reporting, including Supplier spend and Supplier rebate reporting.
Overseeing Credit Control
Controlling Petty cash and credit card accounts.
