I am working with a fabulous family business looking to recruit a finance manager

WE are looking for someone who is qualified, part qualified or wants to work towards AAT, CIMA or ACCA

It's a small company with massive growth potential.

The role is for an enthusiastic team player for a fast paced finance department, accuracy and attention to detail is essential.

Duties to include; processing Accounts Payable invoices, paying suppliers, including Foreign Currency accounts, helping with credit control and Sales ledger account reconciliation.

Experience in a finance environment is essential as is working within a close team. The working hours for the role are 8-5 but very flexible on this- Monday to Friday.

They are market leaders in our field and therefore need applicants to be able to demonstrate the appropriate skills and ability to succeed within a successful business environment.

DUTIES

• Maintaining all Financial Records and preparing monthly Management Accounts.

• Preparation of Budgets for Board review.

• Control of costs and ensuring Purchase invoices are authorised and correctly coded on the system.

• Preparing monthly controls and payment runs for Finance Director to review and sign off.

• Regular Accounts Payable reporting, including Supplier spend and Supplier rebate reporting.

• Overseeing Credit Control

• Controlling Petty cash and credit card accounts.
