HR GO are looking to recruit a Finance Contract Support for their prestigious client in Leeds.

The client provides integrated solutions across large multi-discipline property portfolios. They are an organisation that has people at the heart of its culture.

Due to an increasing workload, there are looking to add to their contract support team.

The role: Finance Contract Support

Responsible for the management of the 'lifecycle of a work order', ensuring work orders are logged, escalated, closed and billed in line with SLAs, and our commercial and contractual requirements.

Responsible for delivering to contract standards, in line with operational procedures and processes, and providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the effective end-to-end management of work order and client billing processes.

Key responsibilities are as follows:

  • Main contact for the Lifecycle of a Work Order from the dispatch of the work order through to completion. Including, but not limited to: distributing, updating, and closing of reactive calls on relevant systems.
  • Proactively drive an excellent customer journey, from call logging through to completion. 
  • Ensure the work order handover process is adhered to (Lifecycle of a Work Order).
  • Monitor reactive and maintenance performance for each engineering sector to assist in
  • meeting SLA levels.
  • Raising and uplifting of supplier and material Purchase Orders.
  • Obtaining supplier quotes and uploading onto the internal system for client approval.
  • Log complaints on the Complaints Database, ensure the complaint is updated regularly and
  • closed within SLA. 
  • Be a 'Contract Champion', help the team to provide an excellent
  • level of service through building relationships with vendors, engineers and internal stakeholders.
  • Carry out supplier surveys including periodic subcontractor reviews.
  • Management of the engineer ordering line.
  • Responsible for Resource Matrix & Resource Planned Maintenance updates.
  • Responsible for the reporting on weekly performance.
  • Coordination of subcontractor files, ensuring they are statutorily compliant with QHSE requirements.
  • Updating of the team attendance planner (holiday & sickness).
  • Arranging agency cover and submitting hours on portals.

Salary: £22,000

Hours of work: 8am until 5pm Monday to Friday.

This role is both homeworking and site based, must be flexible to do both.
