Job Title: Finance Administrator

Salary 25k Monday to Friday

Location: Canterbury - rural - transport is required.

Hours 09.00-17.00

Our client is a well established and fast paced company who supply fruit to major supermarkets. Meeting all compliance and audit requirements at all times.

The ideal candidate will be used to working as an Administrator in a financial or accounting department. You will have experience of processing payments to customers, entering volume data with extreme accuracy and working to strict deadlines.

Job Summary:

You will be part of a small and established team who pride themselves on meeting all KPI and payment deadlines, ensuring their customers of the highest levels of service at all times.

• Using data supplied , make certain that all payments are processed accurately and promptly.
• Entering volume data with extreme accuracy.
• To act as a coordinator for customers and deal with payment queries
• Ensure VAT submissions are made accurately and on time
• To assign monies to the correct customers on time
• To assist with preparation of accounts for external auditors
• To obtain clearance of invoices and to recharge as appropriate.
• To provide cover within the office as required
• To work closely with the team
