HRGO Recruitment are seeking a motivated and experienced Field Sales Manager for a sales team and drive growth in their business.
This role requires the hungriest, most driven individuals who want to earn a healthy commission each month and are willing to work hard to do so. To do this you need to be good at building strong relationships with customers by really understanding needs and looking for solutions to keep them happy.
Our Field Sales Consultant team is down-to-earth, confident, and outgoing. You'll need to be well-presented and well organised, with the ability to build working relationships with people from all walks of life.
As a Field Sales Manager, you will be out on the road and responsible to achieve sales targets and expand our client's customer base. You will identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key clients as well as converting prospect accounts. Your primary focus will be on driving revenue growth, maximising sales performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
