Vacancies - Permanent, Factory Production & Process Operators

• Two current vacancies, permanent positions

• Location - Henstridge

• Easily commutable from - Yeovil, Sherborne, Wincanton, Shaftesbury, Gillingham, Castle Carey, Bruton, etc

• Working hours - Mon to Fri 07:30 to 16:30 inc one hour of breaks. Early start & finish in the hot weather.

• Good overtime plus bonus in busy season Jan to June

• Producing specialist niche fertilizer products for world-wide sale

• Small team, informal relaxed & friendly. Scope to progress.

• Range of roles, flexible & varied - including production & different processes - with movement between

• • • Portioning raw materials & assembling mixes from clear recipe instructions

    • Operating a sophisticated & precise coating plant

    • Packing product & preparing pallet for customers

    • Loading & unloading deliveries, warehouse storage & dispatch

    • Maintenance & housekeeping.

    • Record keeping & communication

    • Team working & cooperation

• Starting rate - £10.50 for the first month. £11.00 after one month & on-going. £12.00 fully achievable with aptitude & learning

• Rates planned review in November
