The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for all office admin and planning that are carried out on a day to day basis. They are to support the management team and maintain a professional manner at all times for visitors, clients and the team.
To provide administrative and coordinative support to the BHGE Facilities Manager in accordance with the local procedures and instructions.
Maintain a safe and tidy working area and office
Represent the company in a respectful and professional manner.
To ensure all agreed administration and all associated procedures are adhered to.
To ensure administrative functions are completed on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
To ensure all records are accurately maintained according to procedure and in a timely manner
Monitor and manage multiple mailboxes
Ensure all company policies are followed - ethics, communication, uniform, H&S, data protection, confidentiality etc.
Applicant would need to be well versed in using IT packages such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio/CAD etc and also Maximo or CAFM Systems, following tasks from start to finish
It is anticipated that the role will lat for 9 months
