We are looking for and experience Customer service/sales person for a local shipping company. Ideally previous experience within shipping industry.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join this well established and successful Global organisation. The position is based out of the U.K H/O in Stansted Moutfitchet, where they have 25 members of staff.
Joining an existing Customer Service department that consists of six Customer Service Assistants. This is not a call centre.
Job involves: receiving calls/ emails from customers. Manage the booking process from start to shipment, including all necessary documentation, invoicing etc. You must have good attention to detail, be extremely organised along with a committed attitude. Excellent communication skills and a hands on approach. Intermediate word & Excel.
Free car park, canteen/ kitchen facilities. Modern, new building. Must be able to drive due to location.
Salary bracket £21-23k depending on experience.
Hours: Mon- Fri, 9am - 5.30pm
