We are currently on the look out for an experienced Shipping Clerk to join an established and well-known company in the Ashford area. As a Shipping / Export your main focus will be on coordination of items, audit assistance and use of the in-house databases. Main duties: * Coordinating with purchasing team and material handlers to process goods accurately * Arranging deliveries, request freight costs and packing shipments * Creating and sending documentation, liaising with external parties when required * Supporting the planner with production administration, especially SAP The ideal Candidate: * Experience in a similar role (transport/logistics) * Strong knowledge of SAP is essential, as well as MS suite * Must have excellent customer service skills * Organisation and communication skills are required * Can do attitude and be a team player * Due to the location, own transport is required This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday 8.30 - 5.00 If you are interested please email luci.lambroumackay@hrgo.co.uk or call the branch on 01233 634242.
