HR GO Recruitment have an immediate opening for our prestigious client in Seaham on a permanent basis.

Our client exports to over 40 countries worldwide and are now looking for an 'Export Admin Assistant who will support the Export Manager in the maintenance and growth of the export business. Offering strong growth opportunities for a highly motivated candidate interested in export sales within a growing company and industry.

The successful candidate will learn international business, logistics and understanding global trade and receive full training and gain knowledge as they work.

Hours of work are 9am until 5pm Monday to Friday.

Salary = £20,800 per annum

Reporting to the Export Manager, duties include but are not limited to:

  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure a smooth and timely operation to ensure finished goods are ready on time to meet loading schedules.
  • Raising orders and invoices on internal database and SAGE200.
  • Working closely with freight forwarders to arrange shipping and haulage.
  • Arranging and completing export documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Overseeing the loading of overseas orders.
  • Problem solving to ensure problem resolution for customers and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organisation standards.
  • Maintaining professional knowledge, establishing personal networks.
  • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Candidate will be fully trained on how to arrange all aspects related to export orders and on how to complete export documentation correctly with a view to developing into an integral part of the Export Team, supporting the Export Manager in the development of new business, and developing business with existing customers.
