• Job Title: Experienced Waiting Staff - Permanent Position
• Location: East Sussex
• Salary: £10p/h + tips (Included 10% service charge on an average spend £50+ per head)
• Hours: Servings are breakfast, lunch & dinner - (you will work on a rota basis between 8am-11pm)

Our client is looking for an experienced waiting staff to join there busy team to oversee and help the day to running of there fine dining restaurant. The restaurant itself offers a bright and spacious feel, open log fires and a outdoor terrace with beautiful views. The restaurant offers high dining experience with customer service being the top priority.

Job Responsibilities:

• At least one year's experience in hospitality/catering
• A professional, committed and flexible 'can do' attitude
• Maintain a positive working and dining atmosphere
• Ensure each guest visiting receives the best possible experience- getting the 'basics' right every time and anticipate our guest requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety
• Work with the team to create a friendly atmosphere our guests will love
• Be a champion of brand standards
• Know the menus inside out, making recommendations to our guests
