Experienced Service Advisor Required for Northampton Area

Salary : £27000 to £30000

My client is looking for a Experienced Service Advisor to work in a Busy Dealer in Northampton area . Must have Current Motor Trade & Service Advisor Experience within a main dealer & good IT Skills.

The ideal Applicant candidate will be well presented, articulate and enthusiastic.

Duties will include:

  • Meeting and greeting customers into the service reception

  • Booking in vehicles, advising on duration of repairs

  • Gaining authority for any additional work that may need carrying out.

  • Contacting Customer Advising any Further work required & costing

  • Advising when is completed & Ready for collection
