Estates Co-ordinator Cambridge 17k to 23k Temp to Perm The Opportunity Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Estates Co-ordinator will be responsible for co-ordinating estates service work to include reactive maintenance, planned preventative maintenance and minor works tasks to both our in-house engineers and nominated sub-contractors. This role will also assist in the day to day administration of the wider estates service functions. The Estates Co-ordinator will be responsible for provision of professional, safe, compliant, effective and efficient estates & maintenance service throughout all customer properties as directed by the Supervisory and Management Team all in accordance with defined Service Level Agreements and contractual obligations. About You Knowledge of plant, equipment and general understanding of Mechanical, Electrical and building services would be a strong advantage Strong IT skills with good knowledge and application of MS Office Experience with Facilities Management software would be an advantage Excellent administration skills and ability to multi-task Experience of working within a Building Services background Once you have passed you will also an attractive benefits package including 25 days holiday, 6% matched pension, life insurance and discounts with a variety of retailers.
