HR GO Recruitment are on the look out for an Environmental Health Officer to work for a well-known, local organisation in Ashford. As an Environmental Health Officer your focus will be on supporting your team and carrying out routine health and safety checks. Please note this is a Temporary assisgnment, to start ASAP Main duties: * Investigate food safety complaints and respond to food alerts * To undertake routine health and safety inspections of commercial premises. * To investigate health and safety complaints and respond to accident/occupational disease notifications * To investigate health and safety complaints and respond to accident/occupational disease notifications The ideal candidate: * Must hold a Certificate of Registration with the Environmental Health Registration Board EHRB * Hold a degree (BSc or MSc) in Environmental health * High level of verbal and written communication * Strong communication skills * Can do attitude * Must be a team player but also able to work autonomously If you are interested please contact Emily.Snaith@hrgo.co.uk
