Hours: Full time (Monday to Friday 9am-5pm) or Part-Time (Monday to Friday 9am-2pm)

Salary: Full time: 24k-28k Part-Time: 17k-20k

HR GO Recruitment are looking for someone to join their team which specialises in Training courses. Our client is looking for someone with a strong background in English and Maths that could provide online tutoring / training services.

The role:

• Online tutoring from the Eastbourne office (not work from home), you may also be passed over the responsibility of a small class to teach - if it would be something you are open and interested.
• We are looking for someone who can deliver Functional Skills in English and Maths. Someone who is also willing to take a lead role in the delivery of Functional Skills alongside the related systems, to deliver quality training to our learners in line with IQA and contract standards.
• To oversee and the management and implementation of our Cognassist platform.
• A great chance to join an independently owned, Ofsted Good rated National Apprenticeship training provider.
• This role is being offered as a permanent position subject to successful completion of a 6-month probation period and a DBS check.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum Level 2 Functional Skills in English & Maths required
• Good ICT skills
• Outstanding communication, planning & organisation, and excellent attention to detail
• Be enthusiastic, self-motivated and approachable, and able to liaise effectively with learners and outside bodies alike
• Experience of Learner Management Systems and Management Information Systems
• Understanding of contract implementation, performance review and operational programme responsibility also desirable
