Electrical Technician (Part-time) Part-time Electrical technician's opportunity with this MRO/ aviation workshop based at Southend Airport. Working within the Electrical department, the Electrical Technician will test, repair and overhaul a variety of electrical aviation components to ensure they comply with safety and quality requirements. You will be required to work three days a week, from 08:00 until 16:30. Key functions of the role include: * Testing, repairing and overhauling a variety of electrical aviation components. * Complying to quality standards, whilst maintaining a safe and compliant working environment. * Conducting risk assessments when necessary. * Preparation of workshop reports and reviews on materials, to aid the purchasing and commercial departments. Ideally you will have a working history within a similar electrical environment with an understanding of aircraft component maintenance, repair and overhaul (to EASA Pt 145). You should also have good general computer skills. You will have good organisation and planning skills and be a team-player with good attention to detail. This is a permanent role.
