The Role:
The successful Digital Marketing Manager will be a key part of a full-time 'home' team . This small team works in a hybrid way, part office based in London, and part home working. The role has depth and breadth and covers the whole spectrum for marketing. In this role you will be responsible for activating all the marketing activities to promote the tailored and open training events delivered by my client. Internally actively manage the scheduling of all courses. Liaising with 'home' team and trainers to review schedules, identifying gaps, understanding demand and capacity, and adding and scheduling in courses and updating websites via CMS.
Using content that exists already around courses and re-purpose for use across all channels to promote the client's courses. Promote their future courses with content from past course e.g. delegate reviews, upcoming taster events, client's feedback. Create new content where needed e.g. videos, photos, podcasts etc.
You will be an effective digital and social media professional ready to take on a new challenge - a self-starter and multi-tasker, able to hit the ground running. With a proven track record in developing and delivery highly effective and innovative digital and social media campaigns with strong ROI metrics. Able to demonstrate strategic thinking and can see how everything fits together holistically, but also pays strict attention to detail.
