Delivery AdvisorOur client is currently seeking Inbound Delivery Advisors to work within a busy customer service team. You will have ideally gained previous call centre, customer service, retail experience. You will have a confident personality and skill in striking rapport with the customer, ability to listen, question and conflict management skills and objection handling techniques.This is an excellent opportunity with a view to going permanent following an initial 13 week period with onsite training and support provided.Duties will include: * Providing excellent customer service * Booking Deliveries * Manage and resolve customer complaints * Dealing with disputed deliveries * Follow up customer calls where necessary * Document all call information according to standard operating proceduresFull Time positions working any 5 out of 7, between 7am - 6pmMust be flexible to train 8am-2pm and 2pm-8pmTo apply please forward your cv to cv@calladvisor.co.uk or call HRGO on 0151 347 1110 for more information.
