I am currently recruiting for a Kitchen Assistant/Porter for a client in Tenterden. Due to the nature of our client you MUST have a VALID DBS Certificate. The role is Monday to Friday 10am-2.30pm starting immediately Responsibilities: * Prepare food for service such as vegetables, sandwiches, fruits etc. * Ensure the work space is clean and tidy at all times * Work on the tills and counters to serve customers * Replenish counters, shelves and fridges where needed * To maintain Health & Safety throughout the kitchen The ideal candidate: * Experience in working in a catering environment * Basic knowledge of fresh and convenience foods * Be able to work with a kitchen and maintain a clean and tidy work space * Work well within a team and work on own initiative when needed YOU MUST HAVE A VALID DBS CERTIFICATE FOR THIS ROLE
