Are you organised, logical, comfortable with numbers and analysis? Enjoy problem-solving, getting into the detail and taking ownership of complex tasks? Do you like working with other people to improve processes and results?

You don't have to have fund-raising experience for this role but you should be able to manage a small team of two very capable staff to deliver an important part of our fund raising programme. You should enjoy leading on a wide range of projects, planning ahead and meeting deadlines and you must be able to show us that you understand customer databases and adore excel.

HRGO Recruitment are looking for someone to develop our clients established programme of donations from individuals. You'll be given plenty of opportunity to gain fund raising knowledge and grow your own experience. If you are data-driven, able to think ahead using results and data, not scared of financial tasks, show curiosity and enthusiasm and want to make a difference, this could be the role for you.
