My client a dynamic B2B media group that serves customers in the financial markets globally headquartered in London with offices internationally. My client is a leading financial media group who have a portfolio of digital information products and global conferences. All activities are focused on a distinctive group of global finance and investment markets.

This role is for a candidate who has some experience working with customer databases. Reporting to our Campaign Planning Manager, you would be responsible for supporting the global business in all areas of customer segmentation. The role is focused on data selection and execution for Sales and Marketing.

Duties and responsibilities

Ensure previous data lists are distinguished between customers and prospect

Be proficient in data segmentation in Dynamics 365

The candidate will develop effective working relationships with the data team's internal customers globally.

Ensure that campaign data meets with data protection laws and provide advice and guidance on compliance related matters. Undertake data planning as per the guidance of marketing and sales

Manage and execute campaign briefs and act as main database team contact for the briefing of new campaigns

Assist in any mapping and/or business rules required to translate data from other sources into an appropriate format for the central system. Become familiar with the company's central data warehouse.

Support the auditing of data quality across core platforms to ensure we are continually improving and maintaining our database.

Skills & Specification:

Educated to at least degree level or equivalent

Experience with Microsoft Excel, formulas and pivot tables
