Our client is currently looking to recruit 5 x Customer Support Advisors within a busy office environment. Roles are due to start on Tuesday 21st September with all training provided on site. These are site based roles based in Birkenhead offering excellent transport links.

You will be working on behalf of a busy online retail distributor and duties will include:

• Answering incoming customer service emails and live chat enquiries from customers - where is my parcel and delivery based queries
• Processing customer queries and amendments as requested
• All associated back office administration duties
• Handle customer enquiries via email/live chat and social media channels and on occasions or increased demand via telephone
• Liaising with customers, internal/external departments
• Manage and resolve customer complaints and identify and escalate priority issues
• Document all contact information according to standard operating procedures
