Customer Services Advisor - Based in Lincoln
37 hrs a week (8-8) from Monday 29th March to 30th April 2021
Must have telephone experience as role is taking inbound and outbound calls.
This role is specific to COVID calls for vulnerable people - vacancy available to start ASAP to take COVID calls. Candidate will be required to provide a helpful, professional and efficient contact handling experience to all customers contacting the Customer Service Centre using the appropriate IT systems within a PCI compliant environment.
The office is located in the centre of Lincoln on Silver Street. No parking is provided but pay & display car parks are available nearby. The office adheres to strict COVID 19 Secure Guidelines and details of this will provided to the shortlisted candidates.
