Working as a Customer Service Associate, within the Corporate Hub to provide a helpful, professional & efficient contact handling experience to all customers contacting the Customer Service Centre; across voice and webchat contact channels, using the appropriate telephony system and case management system, within a PCI compliant environment. Handling voice and webchat contacts across all CSC transactional service areas and 1 complex service area within the Corporate Hub.
