Pay Rate: £7.83 p.h
Location: Stockport Town Centre
Hours: Monday to Friday on a rota - 9am-5pm & 10pm to 6pm (37.5 hours per week)
HR GO Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for a number of enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Services agents for their client based in Stockport. Successful applicants will be dealing with inbound calls, speaking to existing customers who have already made an application. You will also be calling customer to chase documents or to discuss the progress of the application.
Whilst initially a temporary role, for successful applicants the role will be made permanent after 12 weeks. Once permanent you will be given a guaranteed bonus based upon attendance and punctuality bringing the total salary for the role up to £18k pa
The successful applicant should:
* Ideally have past experience in a customer service/customer focused role (not essential as training is provided)
* Be enthusiastic and be willing to undertake the requirements of the role
* Have excellent time management and be reliable & punctual
* Be willing to go the extra mile to provide a 5 star customer experience
* Be patient and empathetic
