Hours: Full time working hours, 5 days out of 7 between 8am-6pm (8 hour shifts, 40 hours per week)

We're an established family feel courier business based in Gateshead preparing for the Christmas Peak period and we are looking to recruit Customer Service Advisors to join our phone enquiries team! This is an exciting opportunity for some who loves chatting on the phone and enhance customer experience.

Where's my delivery? Can I update my address? Could I divert my parcel… are the frequent queries you will resolve for our customers! You will be the first person our customers will speak to on the phone and you will represent our brand.

What will you be doing in this customer service role?

• Resolving customer queries via telephone - approx. 60 calls a day!
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Enhancing customer experience
• Updating customer accounts using an inhouse system
• Liaising with other departments to chase deliveries
