This is much more than a standard contact centre role as Customer Service Representatives you will be trained to provide high quality information in accordance on behalf of our client who specialise specifically in the public sector! Therefore candidates will need to apply sound judgement and take responsibility for resolving each call as efficiently and effectively as possible. * 5 hours per week * Monday - Friday - NO EVENINGS NO WEEKENDS * Between the hours of 8.00AM - 6.00PM (Rotational shifts 9am-5pm/8am-4pm/10am-6pm). Job Responsibilities: 1 Answer a high volume of calls (inbound/outbound), maintain a rapid response rate according to agreed service levels. 2 Log information on calls received, where required and maintain detailed and accurate records. 3 Resolve all complaints during first point of contact wherever possible 4 Communicate and liaise verbally and on-line between the Contact Centre and relevant departments. 5 Maintain regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance, and adherence to relevant health & safety procedures. 6 Operate a variety of standard office machines/systems, including a personal computer and a variety of computer software.
