Position: Customer Service Specialist
Location: Chester
Hours: Monday - Saturday 9.00am-5.30pm (5 days) 37.5 Hours per week
Salary: £19,750 P/A
Due to growth and success, we are currently looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join a large organisation in the heart of Chester.

The ideal candidate will have gained previous experience within a contact centre environment with previous experience of building rapport with customers, be able to think on your feet and get to the bottom of any issues and proactively resolving You will be responsible for building long lasting relationships with their premium customers.

About the role:
Provide support for all queries from Premium Accounts
Identify any trends and potential risks, recommend solutions, and implement them quickly
Utilise sales techniques and objection handling to overcome situations whilst keeping the longevity of the contract
Actively engage with customers in line with SLA's
Create strong relationships with owners via phone and email
Provide expert knowledge
Complete day-to-day tasks within the team and the wider business
Demonstrate excellent teamwork to achieve targets set by the business
Helping to increase overall retention and performance of accounts
Demonstrating a high level of confidence and ability in managing and resolving conflict
Consistently demonstrate passion for the business and the role
Show confidence and conviction with decision making taking full responsibility for your actions and outcomes
Demonstrate an ability to think and act at a high level to achieve targets
You will have outstanding verbal and written communication with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Must be able to build rapport as well as manage and maintain strong customer relationships. Must have a sound knowledge of Microsoft Word, Windows, and Excel.
