Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator
Location: Whitstable
Job Type: Fixed term contract -12 months
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday; 8am to 4.30pm and Friday; 8am to 1.30pm (Hybrid working on a rota)
Salary: Negotiable (Dependent on experience)

We are excited to once again be supporting our Whitstable based client in their search for a Customer Service Coordinator. The team are the "go to" team for all customer queries, so if you are passionate about offering excellent customer service and exceeding customer expectations this could be the ideal role for you!

Duties include:

  • Processing customer orders and quotations.
  • Contacting new and existing customers to identify opportunities and maximise revenue.
  • To interface with clients and to support the Business Development Managers.
  • Work to a high customer service standard ensuring each situation is dealt with efficiently, professionally and in a timely manner.
  • Develop ideas so as to improve on the service offer of the team.
  • Assist with external sales requirements relating to customer and order information.
  • Other duties as assigned (Full duties available in the job description)


  • Customer Service - customer enquiries, quotations, managing the order process and shipments, etc.
  • Experience interfacing between customers and other functions within the organisation to provide service to new and existing customers.
  • Experience building up new and existing relationships with both internal and external customers.
  • PC literacy, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
