Job Specification POSITION: Customer Service Coordinator LOCATION: North Wales HOURS: Monday - Thursday 8:15am-5:00pm Friday 8:15am-4:00pm SALARY: £9.00 per hour Temporary ongoing/ Permanent Opportunity REF: VR/00555 You will be responsible for the day to day management of customer orders from receipt through to delivery. Candidates will be able to: * Promptly respond to incoming customer service and customer care calls * Manage customer orders from receipt through to delivery * Ensure adequate material and production capacity is available * Liaise with other departments to ensure customers, requirements are achieved to timescales * Deal with any difficulties encountered by the customer Candidates will possess the following skills and experience: * Proven knowledge and experience of working within a fast moving highly customer focused environment providing high level customer service. * A professional and courteous telephone manner * The ability to be highly organised with excellent administration skills * Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills * The ability to work well as part of a team * Experience of using SAP would be highly advantageous although not essential as training will be given.
