Job Role: Customer Service Assistant 　　

Job Type: Full Time, temporary to permanent

Salary: £8.72 per hour

Hours of work: 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday 　

Location: Bishop's Stortford 　　

Start Date: Immediately　　　

Our Client who are a very professional　and well established business in their industry are looking to recruit for a Full Time Customer Service Adviser with experience in a Customer Service role, who is self-motivated and willing to go the extra mile to provide exceptional levels of service to their customers.

Duties include:  　

• Dealing with customer enquiries and complaints
• Dealing with customers via email and the telephone
• Advising customers regarding delivery issues
• Updating customers regarding stock delivery times
• Working closely with the Sales and Marketing team to improve products and service
• Manage all reviews and feedback from Customers via internal and external parties
• Providing high levels of customer service in line with company policies

Skills Required:  　

• Previous admin skills required
• Good computer knowledge
• Excellent communication  
• Organisation skills 
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment  
• Reliable
