- Working hours/days: Monday to Friday, 8.30am-4.30pm
HRGO Recruitment are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic character to join one of our clients based in Leeds as a Customer Service Administrator.
You will be responsible for providing advice and support to colleagues across the business.

What will our new Customer Service Advisor be responsible for:
- Interacting with all clients` Suppliers, Internal Colleagues and providing excellent service to support in protecting their brand
- Manage own workload to ensure timely responding, regularly updating where appropriate internal and external customers
- Taking inbound calls from customers
- Resolving customer queries
- Administration duties such as; filing, organising, updating spreadsheets
What are we looking for in our next Customer Service Advisor:
- Previous experience working in similar role
- Good Knowledge of MS Packages including Excel
- Fantastic communication skills
- Ability to navigate several systems to support in the resolution of queries
