Customer Service Advisor

Salary : £22000 to £25000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Must have good IT Skills & Have Current & Clean Driver License

My client is looking for a Experienced Customer Service Advisor to work in a Busy Service Dept based in Hayes Area area . Must have Current Customer Service Advisor Experience, Good solid work history & good IT Skills. You must have clean & current Driver License

The ideal Applicant candidate will be well presented, articulate and enthusiastic.

Duties will include:

• Meeting and greeting customers into the service reception

• Booking in vehicles, advising on duration of repairs

• Gaining authority for any additional work that may need carrying out.

• Contacting Customer Advising any Further work required & costing

• Advising when is completed & Ready for collection
