HRGO are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors for a prestigious client based in Wath Upon Dearne. These roles are for an initial campaign of 12 weeks, with longer term opportunities for the right candidates. They offer on site parking so are ideally located for candidates from Barnsley, Rotherham, Doncaster, Sheffield and surrounding areas.

Hourly Rates: Monday - Saturday £11.77, Sundays £14

Hours: 37.5 hours per week on a rotating shift pattern covering the service from 8am - 8pm

Duties Include:

• Provide a professional service to members of the public via the telephone
• Using multiple screens and I.T systems during the call to resolve customer issues
• Dealing with any customer issues in a calm and professional manner

Candidates require:

• Previous experience in a similar role in a call centre is essential
• Calm and confident telephone manner
• Strong keyboard and IT skills
• Be willing to have an Enhanced DBS check undertaken
