Hours: Full time working hours(37.5), Rotational 8am-4pm and 1pm-9pm, one weekend on and one weekend off, hybrid after training!

Working for one of the biggest UK retailers based in their onsite offices in Rochdale, we are looking to recruit for Customer Service Advisor to track customer's parcels (deliveries and refunds) using an in house tracking systems.
What will you be doing in your new Customer Service Advisor role?
- Tracking deliveries and refunds
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Liaising with 3rd parties and other departments
- Updating customer accounts using an in house system
- Logging tickets via an in house system
What are we looking for in our new Customer Service Advisor?
- Previous experience working in a similar role
