Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Sheffield
Salary: £11.44 per hour
Job Type: Permanent
Working hours: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. (30 min unpaid lunch break).
Our client is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating directly with customers via telephone or email and supporting colleagues with office duties. Training will be provided on the Waste Logics System, but prior experience with the system is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via telephone or email
- Process incoming calls in a timely and professional manner
- Update internal operating systems and CRM systems
- Utilise the Waste Logics System
- Work collaboratively as part of a team
- Prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- Handle conflict and difficult situations effectively
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, outbound or inbound, or as a call centre advisor
- Proficiency in IT, including email
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Capacity to handle conflict and difficult situations
