HR GO are looking to recruit Customer Service Advisors for their prestigious client based in Doxford Park, Sunderland to start immediately.

This is a temporary on-going assignment for 12 weeks, with the possibility of this being extended for the right candidates.

Skills/Experience:

* Customer Service contact centre professionals, with complaint handling experience.

* Computer literate and very confident/capable of navigating multiple systems whilst supporting customers over the telephone and through multiple contact channels.

* Excellent communication skills, resilient and empathetic.

Rate of pay is £11.77 per hour (overtime is available)

Full attendance for the training period is required with the exception of 1 or 2 days for legitimate reasoning.

Holiday Pay - A minimum of 2 weeks notice prior to the holiday being taken and must be approved by your supervisor.

Working 4 out of 5 weekdays and EVERY Saturday, this will be working close to or up to 8pm for those 4 week days but hours will be confirmed by supervisor upon start. Saturday hours will be working until 6pm.
