HR GO are looking to recruit a Technical Support Advisor for their prestigious client based in Sunderland.
Due to their strong brand heritage and success they are seeking to expand their current manufacturing and operational office, this is a full time permanent position, providing excellent customer service and technical support to their customers.
Following an in-house training programme you will be required to advise customers , relating to any technical issues on their product and offer first class customer service.
Essential skills/experience for the Technical Support Advisor role:-
The ability to problem solve through probing of questions and gathering information
Have an empathetic and caring nature
Strong competency and ability to use various computerised systems
Familiar with Microsoft Office
Minimum of 5 GCSE's at grade "C" and above
Reliable and punctual
Desirable skills/experience for the Technical Support Advisor role:
Worked and have recent experience of a technical, trade or engineering support role
Call centre experience, dealing with high volume inbound calls
Experience of working in an office environment
Computer literate and excellent written skills

Salary: Negotiable, dependent upon experience
Working Hours: 38 hours per week, with 30 minutes for lunch
Holidays: 25 days, plus 8 statutory Bank Holidays.
