Customer Service Advisor (Working from home)

Customer Service Representatives:

Home based - Any 5 from 7 days, between 08:00 and 20:00

Hourly rate of £9.16 p/h 37.5 hours

Working from from home on behalf of a public sector related campaign, duties will include:-

  • Dealing with telephone enquiries
  • Giving guidance to customers
  • Making and receiving calls

In order to perform the role you will need Own IT with Windows 10as a minimum and good home wifi required.

A successful Customer Service Representative Will Ideally have:

  • Excellent customer service
  • A friendly approach
  • Experience in dealing with a high volume of calls from a varied customer group.
  • Excellent Keying/Listening & Data Inputting skills.
  • Ability to navigate around a P.C comfortably.
  • A good record of punctuality.
  • Resilience and good work ethic.

You will require a current or new DBS certificate.
