CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR An opportunity has arisen to join one of our local clients, who are a leading industry manufacturer. This is an exciting and challenging role which requires strong interpersonal skills, initiative and the ability to work with the minimum supervision, plus the flexibility to cope with a varied workload. Roles & Responsibility * Handling export customer enquiries * Processing & monitoring orders * Liaise with internal departments & external suppliers to ensure smooth delivery of products * Establish close work relationships with customers Skills & Experience * Be organised, plan & balance priorities, have good attention to detail and remain calm under pressure * Create sound practical procedures which incorporate checks for accuracy * Ability to write professional business emails * AS400 experience would be advantageous, but not essential * Knowledge of export market, including an understanding of export documentation If you are seeking a new challenge within a customer service capacity, then please apply
