HR GO are currently looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their Customer Success Team.

This is a temp to perm position paying £10.54ph.

Hours are:

Mon - Fri,

8.30-5

Overtime may be available.

This role comes with the flexibility of working from home or the office.

Duties:

  • Answer any queries from Candidates, Clients or Internal Staff via email and phone
  • Dealing with patients and re-booking appointments
  • Liaising with 3rd parties
  • Sending out confirmation of appointments

Ideal Candidate:

  • You must be a good communicator, written and verbally
  • Able to pick new systems up quickly
