HRGO are supporting a well established growing client based in central Ashford, they are currently looking for a Customer Loyalty Agent to join their expanding team. The company have been trading for 50+ years and have other locations throughout Europe. As a Customer Loyalty Agent you will build strong rapport with existing customers and ensure that they maximise all of the opportunities and services available to them - This is not sales as they have already paid for the product/service. Key Duties include: Contacting existing customers after purchase to help guide them through online tools Hosting webinars with clients to demonstrate the key features and benefits of the product Create a suitable follow up system that will ensure that customers are contacted at a time to suit them Suggest other products that may improve the customers experience through detailed questioning and really getting to know the company The person: Preferably you will have a batchelor's degree and at least 1 year of experience in a customer service related role, however this is not essential; You radiate enthusiasm and have a real passion for customer service IT Literate Excellent communication skills both verbal and written A positive attitude to work with the ability to take your own initiative with tasks Hours of work are Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:30 with 1 hour for lunch **Immediate interviews available** Whats on offer: Basic salary - £19000 Very generous annual leave entitlement Free lunches Casual dress code A fun and friendly team
