Customer Envoy driver for Cromwell Tools, Stockton-On-Tees TS18 2RD

immediate start, £10.85 per hour, 8am to 16.30 Monday till Friday

this is a temporary on going contract

We now have a fantastic opportunity available to join us as a Customer Sales Envoy based in Stockton-On-Tees

As part of this role, you will respond to customer queries, going above and beyond to exceed customer expectations. Working collaboratively with our Sales Team, your curious nature and natural rapport building skills will enable you to proactively identify new business opportunities where Cromwell can add value. You will be responsible for routine delivery of parcels and collection of returns.

As a Customer Sales Envoy your responsibilities will include:

  • Selling company products to local customers
  • Parcel deliveries and returns within a specific geographical area of responsibility obtaining proof of delivery
  • Loading, unloading, preparing, inspecting and operating a delivery vehicle
  • Identify and visit new customers whilst increasing existing customer spend
  • Support the branch warehouse by undertaking any reasonable duties from time to time, including periodic stock-takes.
  • Working closely with the Sales team to identify and progress opportunities

To succeed in this role, we ask that you have the following:

  • Full driving Licence
  • Good local geographical knowledge.
  • Flexibility to support other branch locations within the region as required.
  • Able to prioritise and work well under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
  • Sales experience desirable
  • Passion and drive to succeed and grow as an individual
  • A proactive attitude with good problem solving skills.
