Due to continued growth and expansion we are looking for an additional motivated individual to join a team of Customer Care Advisors. As part of a home delivery service for healthcare products you will link with both individual customers and healthcare providers.
About the job:
In this Customer Care role, you'll play a pivotal part in the day-to-day service provided to internal and external customers. You'll liaise with GP surgeries and healthcare providers to process prescriptions and arranging deliveries to ensure orders are processes quickly and efficiently.
In order to provide a high-quality service, you will develop an in-depth knowledge of the products available, to advise customers when required. A patient and caring approach will be required when dealing with customers. You will also link with healthcare providers on a regular basis whilst ensuring data protection and confidentiality is maintained at all times.
What skills and experience should you have?
With at least one year's experience within a telephone-based customer service role you'll have:
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Great time-management and the ability to multi-task
- The ability to learn new skills quickly with attention to detail
- Strong understanding of all Microsoft Packages
- Initiative and a positive can-do attitude
- Polite and friendly manner
- Experience within a healthcare setting would be an advantage
- Knowledge of SAGE or similar packages would be an advantage
