HRGO Recruitment are looking to recruit experienced Inbound Customer Care Advisors to start on the 6th/13th/20th September 2021, for a prestigious Contact Centre based in the Sunderland area (SR5 3XJ)

The ideal candidate should have a good customer focused experience, with excellent communication skills. This role is a permanent position and pays £18,180 an annum, plus shift allowance.

Responsibilities and main Attributes: -

• Receive inbound calls from new and existing customers
• Communicate the benefits of products and services
• Build an excellent rapport, understanding their needs in a professional manner
• Ability to work to targets
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Data entry and information gathering
• Ability to work to KPI'S
• IT literate and attention to detail
• Experience of working within a call centre environment is desirable
• Consistent delivery of quality and attention to details
• Enthusiasm for customer care and satisfaction
• IT literate and competent

Working between the hours of 8:00am - 10:00pm, Therefore, full flexibility is required for these hours.
