Customer Service Advisor x 3 require for a 6 month min FTC
Key Responsibilities:
-Respond to incoming customer calls, retain ownership through to resolution
-Accurately record customer data and provide a first-call resolution service wherever possible
-Establish and maintain good professional working relationships within the team, operations and Client
-Keep customers updated and informed of the progress of their enquiry/complaint
-Maintain accurate and comprehensive data records
You will be a confident and customer focused person with experience of dealing with enquiries & complaint handling
Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft packages will be essential
