Position: Customer Account Executive
Location: Chester - Located near excellent transport links
Hours: Mon-Fri, 9-5.30pm or 10.30-7pm and Plus 1 in 3 Sat 9am-5.30pm
We are currently recruiting a number of individuals with excellent customer service skills. We are seeking a motivated candidate with excellent account management, customer service and time management skills. Following on post-sales visit, you will be supporting a set account of owners and setting up each new property through collation and negotiation of commercial terms and documents, upselling property features and company USPs, whilst also following a rigorous quality and Health and Safety sign off. We need you to hand hold each owner and ensure that properties are set up for success, maximising profit and income for our Property Owners.
Follow up on all new contracts signed at Sykes Cottages, prioritising based on readiness in order to process properties.
Monitor and develop a set of owner accounts, developing relationships and building rapport with owners to ensure a world-class service is offered.
Working towards monthly KPIs
Create and arrange bespoke listings for property owners, liaising with owner and stakeholders across the business to co-ordinate.
Upsell and negotiate with Owners to ensure all our new properties offer a wide range of commercial features.
Accountable for the speedy on-boarding of all new contracts live onto the website.
Effective reductions in speed to market from contract signing to live on web.
A rigorous approach to Health and Safety checks to all properties prior to first booking.
Ownership of thorough and in-depth quality checks to all new properties ensuring tick rating consistency in line with the new brand guidelines and correct display of features prior to going on sale to consumers.
Identify process efficiency's gains between the office and field on-boarding data collection.
Understand all organisation's products, services, procedures, guidelines.
