Job Specification POSITION: Credit Controller LOCATION: North Wales HOURS: Monday - Thursday 8:15am-5:00pm Friday 8:15am-4:00pm SALARY: £21,000 + Benefits REF: VR/00558 Overview We are currently recruiting an experienced Credit Controller to join our client in North Wales. The purpose of which is to assist in the efficient collection, control and administration of monies owed to the Company within specified guidelines. Key responsibilities: * Ensure all accounts are managed to maximise cash flow & minimise loss with whilst showing Commercial sensitivity * Maintain & monitor customer accounts * Manage & maintain queries & disputes * Proactively work with other departments to deal with account issues * Daily banking routines * Liaise with credit insurers to ensure best possible cover always * Manage & maintain internal credit limits in line with current credit policy The successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience: * Several years credit control experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment Be customer focused; * Able to work alone and within part of a team environment to achieve divisional targets. * I.T. literate including experience of working with full suite of Microsoft Office software, SAP and computerised ledger systems; * Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Organisation and prioritisation skills; * Personal resilience and an ability to work to tight deadlines; * Excellent accuracy and attention to detail Please call Nicola at HRGO recruitment on 0151 3474900 for more information or email nicola@hrgoliverpool.co.uk
